All our sold parts are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months period, for new, repaired and reconditioned units. So in the event of any problems during this period, please contact our customer service team to resolve any problems as soon as possible.

To make your purchase as easy as possible we offer a variety of payment options including bank transfer, cheques, and PayPal. We also accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We can accept payments in most major world currencies; however, we do prefer payments to be made in US dollar (USD), pound sterling (GBP) or euro (EUR), where possible. Payments made in other currencies may be subject to additional charges.

All orders are considered final, if we receive no communication from you, within 14 days of (subject to Terms and conditions) delivery, regarding any problems with the items, you are deemed to have received the items in full working order and with no problems.

 

If you wish to return an item for any reason this should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. You then have a further 7 days to return the item, with all packaging and documentation, for assessment/inspection.

 

The deadline to process a return will be 14 days from the date of receipt.
